If you have any questions about Curated or newsletters, we created a Google Form where you can submit them.
Seth will answer them live at Curated Crash Course during the Q&A segment of the session, but if you can't make it, he’ll send you a recording so you can see your questions answered.
Drive Signups With A Page Focused On Subscribing
Hey, everyone. Seth with Curated Success here.
Did you know you can customize the front page of your Curated newsletter publication site (aka newsletter home page) to feature only your newsletter name, description, and subscription form?
This is a good option for publishers who want to streamline their home page design and focus on converting visitors to subscribers. Think of it as a very simple landing page you’d send someone to from a source where they’ve learned enough to know they’re interested in subscribing.
You can provide a link to your latest issue for visitors to check out. From there, they’ll have the option to subscribe at the top or bottom of the page.
Here’s how to set it up:
A great example of a Curated newsletter that implements this design is Wright Society (image above). This newsletter has a beautiful home page, a succinct description, and menu options to view the latest issue or past archives.
If you have any questions about setting this up, let me know!

Have You Tried Using Curated To Build Multiple Issues At Once?
Hey, everyone. Seth with Curated Success here.
Did you know you can easily build multiple newsletter issues at the same time in Curated?
You can do this by moving saved links from your Collected Items page to different draft issues. To do this, you’ll need to create a few draft issues by clicking the Issues drop-down, selecting All Draft Issues, and clicking New Issue. You‘ll be prompted to select a target release date and time for each issue. Note: this does not automatically schedule the issue to release. It’s more like pencilling something in.
Once you’ve created a few draft issues, go to your Collected Items page and move saved links to your different draft issues. Click the arrow icon to the right of a link and select a future issue.
This is a great way to quickly assign the curated content you’ll include in future issues if you like to work in batches. It’s a great alternative to working in one draft issue at a time.
If you have any questions about this, let me know!

Send New Subscribers To A Custom Subscription Pending Or Subscription Confirmed Page
Hey, everyone. Seth with Curated Success here.
Did you know you can send new subscribers to a custom subscription pending or subscription confirmed page once they subscribe to your newsletter? By default, new subscribers see a “pending” or “confirmed” message on your publication’s website after they subscribe, but you can choose to send them to a custom page that you host.
Here’s how to do this in Curated:
If you have double opt-in enabled for your newsletter, new subscribers will land on the “subscription pending” page. Once they confirm their subscription, they’ll be taken to the “subscription confirmed” page. If you don’t have double opt-in enabled, they’ll immediately land on the “subscription confirmed” page after subscribing.
This feature lets you completely customize what your subscriber sees after subscribing and is a great way to give them easy access to other content you’ve created or learn more about you and/or your business.
If you have any questions about this feature, let me know!
